Possibly the most important of all the R & D stages is the concept or feasibility stage,
as new ideas always require verification before any development can take place. At this
starting point in the development cycle, PESL would take your idea and working with
your own marketing and technical team answer fundamental questions, such as; is the
idea marketable? Is the idea technically feasible? How long may the product take
to develop and at what cost? Has this idea already been thought of or is there a
product already in the market?
Some of our clients would have already answered most if not all of the feasibility issues,
maybe using their own marketing or R & D departments. In such cases PESL would normally
only add to the work already done by suggesting minor amendments, such as additional R & D
considerations, etc. In any case, PESL would provide a report at the end of this stage, either in full
or to complement an existing report drafted by the client.
